This meal is going to be so good for my gut health!   I will find the recipe on Pinterest, print it out, and get started today!   I enjoy this cabbage and beet sauerkraut recipe because it tastes like sour cabbage, but it is not as vinegary as other recipes. I think the best thing about the recipe is that it's easy to make and can be eaten on its own or in sandwiches.   I love the Happy Gut Bowl because it makes me feel good and gives me a massive energy boost. The bowl contains blueberries, bananas, goji berries, and chia seeds, which are high in antioxidants. It also includes ingredients like fresh fruit and raw oats, which provide fiber to keep your hunger at bay during the day.   The recipe looks very delicious !
